4. No one is allowed to stay in the unsafe area of the unloading table during unloading
5. Always check whether the photocell installed in the dangerous area of rewinder is sensitive and intact in case of accident
6. When using the traveling crane, it is necessary to strictly follow the safety operation regulations for traveling crane
7. During operation, operators are not allowed to climb onto the frame or safety cover, and are not allowed to lean or bend down to enter the driving part of the winder and other dangerous areas
8. When carrying paper, it is not allowed to carry out paper carrying operation before the slitting knife stops rotating. Pay attention to the operation of guiding paper to prevent personal accidents caused by hands and clothes involved in the equipment
9. Have a high sense of safety responsibility, concentrate and operate carefully before starting the machine. During the operation of the machine, there must be someone at the operation desk. Don't leave the operation desk at will to prevent accidents
10. It is strictly forbidden to deal with paper blockage at the entrance of bottom roller and use scraper to remove scale on roller area. In case of any problem in the process, it must be stopped for treatment
11. Do not grab the web when the rewinder is running
12. During rewinding, no one is allowed to enter the inner side of the feed roller to prevent the web from breaking and hurting people
13. Always keep the work site clean, and clean the oil and paper on the ground in time to prevent slipping and hurting people. It is forbidden to use broom to clean equipment during mechanical operation to prevent accidents
14. In case of abnormal shutdown, cut off the power supply and deal with it again
15. Special person should be responsible for checking the working state during operation
16. When starting after shutdown, make sure no one is in the rewinder
17. The guardrail of the paper return rack should be in good condition. No one is allowed to stand under the paper return rack
18. When the rewinder is shut down for maintenance, the safety switch must be turned off and the safety warning board must be hung, and the one who signs must be removed.
19. During the operation of rewinder equipment, it is strictly forbidden to deal with abnormalities and errors.
20. Roll pushing should be coordinated with the operator of the completed conveying line. The conveying line should be switched to manual mode and operated by a specially assigned person. Roll pushing under automatic state is prohibited.
21. Push the paper roll one by one, and then push the next one. Don't push the one in front and the other in the back, causing personal injury.
22. During the operation of rewinder, the operator is not allowed to enter the safety baffle to handle the paper roll, and it is forbidden to have a knife to cut the paper when the equipment is in operation.
23. In case of deviation during rewinding, the machine should be shut down to prevent deviation.
