Components

Coating classification

2. Metering modification coating, such as scraper, air knife and metering roller coating.
3. Expected amount of coating, such as slit coating, slope coating and curtain coating.
4. Mixed coating, that is, a variety of coating methods mixed use.
 
Dry
Drying (system) is an important part of belt conveyor (coater). The drying effect directly affects the performance of the product. Different products have different drying methods, the most common are hot air drying, microwave drying and infrared drying.
Drying system generally includes oven, fan, heat exchanger and filter. 1. The type of oven, the most common is the bridge arch drying Road, there are flat and air floating drying Road.
2. Fan, the general use of centrifugal fan. If the coating solution contains class A and B solvents, explosion-proof fan must be selected.
3. The heat exchanger needs to be determined according to the type of heat source, temperature and heating amount.
4. Filter, because of different process requirements to choose suitable filter.
5. The solvent recovery system can absorb the water vapor, toxic and harmful substances in the solvent, so as to promote the drying of coating layer and reduce the emission of harmful substances.
 
Transmission
Transmission (system) is mainly through the coating locomotive speed and tension control, so that the coater runs smoothly at a certain speed, coating evenly.
 
Speed control mode
1. DC speed regulation, by changing the motor parameters or external voltage, to change the motor speed. It includes stepless speed regulation and stepwise speed regulation, upward speed regulation and downward speed regulation, constant torque speed regulation and constant power speed regulation.
2. AC variable frequency speed regulation is the most widely used and cost-effective speed regulation mode at present.
 
Tension
Tension (control)
1. Tension open-loop control, through the control of motor, magnetic powder clutch, brake torque, indirect control of disc tension.
2. The tension closed-loop control uses feedback devices such as tension sensor or floating roller to adjust PID and modify motor speed and torque in real time to achieve high tension accuracy.
 
Install
1. The site for site selection and installation of belt conveyor must be on relatively flat and hardened ground, because the belt conveyor needs a good environment when it works. It can't be said that the ground is pitted. The coordination of various parts during operation is not coordinated, which makes the products produced unqualified! All these need to be considered.
2. When assembling the machine, the parts of the belt conveyor are generally separated. Before the installation, after the site is selected, place the front and rear intermediate frames on the horizontal ground to maintain a unified horizontal line! To maintain stable operation.
3. After installation, carry out pre operation treatment for all parts of the machine, including chain, sprocket, bearing, reducer, adding lubricating oil or grease
4. After the lubrication treatment, the main parts should be debugged to keep them running smoothly without blocking.
5. After the installation of each part, turn on the power to test the machine! There is no need to install materials in the process of trial run, carry out naked test! Observe the operation of each component! If any abnormality is found, the power is cut off
6. When the belt conveyor is not running, the power supply must be disconnected for the sake of safety

Working principle
The work of belt conveyor is divided into two parts: printing and coating. In order to produce better products, the two parts have different work division.
 
Printing
Place the coil to be printed on the unwinding roll and start the machine. The corresponding mechanism is driven to rotate by the transmission device, and the gravure printing is realized by the lamination of the printing plate roller and the printing rubber roller. Then, the gravure printing is completed by the natural drying or heating drying, and the winding roller rolls up.
 
Coating
Place the substrate to be coated on the unwinding roll, start the machine, and drive the corresponding mechanism through the transmission device.
The belt conveyor adopts electric, coal and gas three drying integration, electronic temperature control, stepless speed change, automatic counting, automatic deviation correction, gravure printing, advanced infrared heating, cooling and re pressing and other high-tech. The production processes of collecting and discharging, printing, coating, drying, hot air circulation, traction, slitting and winding are completed in one machine.

Parts
Pipe cutting machine, auxiliary accessories, power distribution cabinet. According to the different needs of production, we can choose the matching auxiliary body: multicolor printing machine, slitting machine, rewinder, beater, pipe drawing machine, etc. In order to produce better products, it is suggested that pipe cutting machine is necessary.
 
Adjustment
Installation and adjustment are also matters needing attention
1. The front frame, middle frame and rear frame shall be installed on the reserved plane at the predetermined position, and the horizontal calibration shall be made to firmly contact with the foundation, so that the center line of the frame is in a longitudinal straight line; at the same time, the installation shall not make the frame offset, shake and other phenomena, so as to avoid accidents.
2. Install the configured oven on each rack in sequence and fix it with bolts; keep the oven and rack level and stable.
3. Install the power distribution cabinet near the front rack or at the place convenient for operation, connect all circuits according to the instructions, and finally connect the power supply (be sure to disconnect the power supply when wiring).
4. Install the internal components according to the set position, and adjust the intermediate roller, unwinding roller and winding roller horizontally, with the axes parallel to each other and perpendicular to the direction of belt movement. The smooth surface of each roller should not be scratched during installation, and the correct installation of each component should be maintained.
5. Install the gear, pulley and sprocket, and try to rotate them properly to ensure that they can rotate flexibly without any abnormality or block; and add corresponding lubricating oil to the chain and reducer.
6. Check whether there is any omission in the installation to ensure the installation of heater, thermal sensor and transmission medium roller; check whether all circuits are connected correctly and the wires are free of electric leakage; check whether the whole body is deviated and the oven is spaced.
7. After the installation is correct, start the machine one by one, if there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection and adjustment; after confirmation, start the production again (pay attention to personal safety and machine safety during operation).

Unwinding device is responsible for the unwinding and winding of the mother coil, and can be equipped with tension control.

Set up
Temperature: drying temperature in heating drying, BOPP film drying temperature can be set at 60-70 ℃, while in natural drying, fan can be used to accelerate the air circulation on the surface of the substrate material to improve the drying speed. Tension: the machine generally has four sections of tension control, which are unwinding tension, feeding tension, traction tension and winding tension. The more stable Mr. Zhang's tension is, the more stable the operation is and the more guaranteed the quality is. But in the production process, the tension of each area mainly depends on the personal experience of the operator in the production process; for the material with poor straightness and flatness, the tension can be increased appropriately.
 
Coating parameters:
Drying temperature: the higher the drying temperature is, the faster the evaporation of water molecules in the emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive will occur. Many pressure sensitive adhesives can cross react at the same time and cause pressure sensitive adhesiveness to change. However, the higher the temperature is, the greater the influence will be; when the machine is shut down for coil changing, the film in the oven is easy to shrink and deform due to the long residence time at high temperature; for the equipment that coating and slitting are carried out at the same time, the actual drying temperature can be set at 60-90 ℃.
Production speed: coating production speed is directly related to coating thickness, oven length and drying temperature. Increasing the speed can improve the drying temperature in the oven; under the condition of product quality assurance, each speed can be appropriately increased.
Tool setting: the blade spacing on the cutter shaft can be adjusted according to the production process requirements, and the blade spacing of the multi cutter pipe cutter can be adjusted to make the products cut correspond to the blade spacing.
